Laws of Indoor Bowls
Question
Who users E.B.F. Laws ?
Answer
Many years ago E.B.F. matches were played similar to crown green ie: No rinks ! The jack was thrown to any point on the bowling green and the bowlers had to draw to it. This is now termed a 'Roving' Cot or Jack. Now rinks are used.
