PLEASE READ if new to the Members Area
To use the members Area you must first Log In with your membership number and Password.
You can get this information from the Stewards desk. Once logged in for the first time you should go to the ‘My Account’ section and change your password to your own preferred one for security reasons.
In the Members Area you can view all the internal league fixtures, results and tables. Also the Competition draws and results.
You can also see the Rink Availability for any date and book any spare rinks for roll ups, Competitions etc.
If booking for a competition, you may make up to 3 ‘PROVISIONAL’ bookings. You must the confirm within 72 hours which of the 3 dates you want to keep. Once confirmed the other dates will be automatically deleted and made available to other members. If no confirmation is received by the system within the 72 hours then all the dates will be cancelled and made available to other members. You will be sent an email confirming this action.
Only the member that makes a booking, can then delete it (with the exception of the management)

Weekend -busy weekend ahead with the Ladies Mason Teams playing Gallow and Norfolk BC on Friday and then a trio to Bury St. Edmunds in the Yetton Plate on Saturday while the men entertain Turpins. Worth a look you webcam people.
Rinks – Reminder that we have rinks available for Comps on Friday 19th December at 6-30pm. Looking ahead also on 30th January.
Sad news -after 32 yrs we have to report that we have had £65 taken from a wallet in the office and £30 from a bowls bag in changing rooms – a sad sad day for the club.

Champion of Champion Week at Potters - 15th to 19th December - Sadly, Edna has had to withdraw from the Acle team which qualified for the above event. We therefore need a volunteer to step in. Please contact Bill Downie on 07747 010198 or billdownie@icloud.com - Urgent and a great opportunity for someone to qualify to play a Final on the blue carpet during the World Championships.

£100 vouchers – if you or your friends have never been to Potters then there are some £100 vouchers for you in an envelope on the noticeboard. Just send these in with your booking and you receive the £100 reduction so family of 4 going for the first time, take 4 vouchers and save £400.
Rink Priority – just in case you find your league rink moved it is because as we are affiliated to the NGB( National Governing Body) of Bowls (EIBA) we have to agree that National Comps take priority over club matches and of course same applies to any County matches they take priority over club.
Xmas wear -as we all seem to be already in the Christmas spirit -happy for you all to wear your xmas jumpers ,and of course if someone has a supply of mistletoe ,Denis will be resting up ready.
Canadians – we are opening up over the Christmas/New year to help our Canadian and American friends prepare for the World championships so there will be some rinks available -see next weeks News for the dates and times., or chat with Simon.
Comps -there are rinks available in the evening sessions on the 19th December if you need them for Comps as they take priority over casual play.
Flu -lets look after ourselves and stop shaking hands ,a nod will do ,and keep using the sanitisers ,and if unwell stay home. Thanks
Club Rule -In any league with 2 Divisions a player cannot play in both ,as a sub or otherwise.
